Budget: INR 3-4L p.a. (Opportunity to double in 3 years for the right fit candidate)
About the Role
We are looking to hire a motivated, curious, and hands-on fresher who is eager to learn and grow within a wealth management environment. This is a multi-dimensional role offering exposure across CRM management, research support, marketing initiatives, and various ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
This role is best suited for someone at the start of their career who values learning, responsibility, and long-term growth over a narrowly defined job scope.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Ownership
* Manage and maintain client data on CRM platforms
* Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates
* Generate basic MIS and reports from CRM systems
Research Support
* Assist senior team members with research on financial products, markets, and client-related analysis
* Support preparation of presentations, notes, and internal documents
Marketing & Communication
* Support marketing initiatives including client communication, presentations, and basic content coordination
* Assist in execution of campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
Ad-hoc & Operational Support
* Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks that arise across teams
* Support day-to-day operational requirements and special projects
Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline
* Strong fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Comfortable working from office (Wadala) on a full-time basis
* Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and adapt to changing requirements
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
