Job Description :
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary with 5–7 years of relevant experience to support end-to-end secretarial and compliance functions. The role is based at Worli, Mumbai , and requires hands-on experience in corporate secretarial compliances and regulatory filings.
Handling routine secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
Preparation and filing of ROC forms and statutory returns
Drafting:
Board, Committee, and General Meeting notices and minutes
Resolutions and agendas
Maintaining statutory registers and records
Assisting in corporate governance and compliance monitoring
Coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and consultants
Assisting in annual filings , event-based compliances, and audits
Supporting senior CS in advisory and compliance matters
