Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern with a strong foundation in design tools and an interest in AI-powered design workflows. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real projects and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Assist in creating visual assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
Design layouts, graphics, and UI elements using Figma
Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for visual design needs
Explore and leverage AI design tools to improve efficiency and creativity
Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to execute design requirements
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
Incorporate feedback and iterate designs quickly

You are a good fit if you:
Are good at Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma and Adobe InDesign.
Have solid design fundamentals and research skills to crack clients' approval codes
Know good photo manipulation and AI image generation skills
Understand Branding, colour psychology and the difference between a good and an average design
Strong sense of visual design, typography, and color
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Internship to Full-Time Conversion
This is a performance-based internship. Interns who demonstrate strong design skills, creativity, ownership, and consistency during the internship period will be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Number of positions : 1
Stipend: 5k-8k per month
