Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:  Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.
Design Execution:  Design and create high-quality graphics and visual content for diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Software Proficiency:  Utilize a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects (for animation)
Conceptualization & Visualization:  Demonstrate strong sketching and visualization skills to effectively translate ideas into impactful designs.
Platform Adaptation:  Possess the ability to adapt design strategies and execution for various digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Print & Packaging Design:  Apply strong knowledge of print design, packaging, and branding principles to create cohesive and professional visual identities.
Social Media Expertise:  Stay updated on social media platform trends and design best practices, ensuring all social media creatives are engaging and optimized for performance.
Continuous Learning & Development:  Commit to continuous learning and professional development, and effectively guide the team in adopting new tools, techniques, and trends.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in a creative agency setting is essential.
Team Handling:  Proven experience in team handling and leading a creative team.
Technical Proficiency:  Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.

Skills:

Excellent sketching, visualization, and conceptualization abilities.
Design Knowledge:  Strong understanding of design principles for various platforms, including print, packaging, branding, and social media.
