Key Skills Qualifications

Corel Draw Proficiency:
Mid-level expertise in Corel Draw, best if add including using advanced features like Bezier tools, colour theory, and creating complex shapes.

Creative Ability: A strong sense of design, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative jewellery pieces.

Jewellery Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Jewellery materials (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, etc.), jewellery design techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Attention to Detail:
Precision and attention to detail are crucial to ensure that designs are both aesthetically pleasing and technically accurate for manufacturing.

Communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and the production team.

Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Educational Background

A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field can be helpful.

Skilled experienced also most welcome with current market updates.

Some designers may also have specialized training or certifications in CAD or Jewellery design software.

Work Environment

Jewellery designers work in design studios, manufacturing units, freelance settings, or for jewellery brands and companies.
