About the Role
A&O is seeking a Designer — Brand & Packaging with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in branding and packaging design. The ideal candidate will have built their career within a branding or creative agency environment and will bring a demonstrated commitment to craft, precision, and creative rigour.

Candidates with majority of professional experience at corporate in-house teams or social media agencies are not being considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Develop brand identities and packaging design systems to a consistently high standard of craft and execution
Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions with ideas grounded in a thorough understanding of brand
Execute briefs across brand identity, print, and packaging with close attention to detail at every stage of the process
Collaborate effectively with senior designers, receiving and interpreting creative direction with accuracy
Manage workload across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Produce work that meets both strategic objectives and the highest standards of visual execution

Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience at a branding or creative agency, with a primary focus on brand identity and packaging design
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft across brand, packaging, and print disciplines
Proficiency across the full range of brand and packaging design; from concept development through to final artwork
Strong typographic sensibility and a rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of visual execution
The ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple briefs simultaneously
A disciplined, methodical approach to the design process, with a consistent focus on quality of output

Important Note on Fit
A&O's primary focus is branding. Candidates whose experience has been concentrated in social media, motion design, or in-house corporate creative roles are unlikely to find the transition to a pure-play branding studio straightforward. We encourage only those with directly relevant agency experience to apply.
