We are seeking an  Sr Associate - Creative  with  3 to 5 years of experience , preferably someone who has previously worked as an  Art Director  at a  leading advertising agency . Ideal candidates will have agency experience with reputed firms such as  Ogilvy, McCann, Mullen Lowe Lintas, VML, Leo Burnett, Dentsu, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, FCB Ulka, or FCB Kinnect .

What You'll Be Responsible For
Driving the visual direction and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across print, digital, social, and video platforms
Collaborating closely with the copywriter to shape concepts from ideation through final delivery
Contributing bold, creative ideas, a fresh visual perspective, and meticulous attention to detail

Here are the key requirements for the role:

• 3 - 5 years of creative experience at a top advertising agency (this is essential)

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality creative work (candidates must provide a link)

• A digital-first approach with experience in social media and performance campaigns

• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams

• An openness to feedback and a desire for continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Fine Art, or a related field

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Expert level)

• After Effects & Premiere Pro (Basic level)

• AI Tools:
Midjourney, DALL
