Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all merchandising requirements related to events
Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable merchandising plans
Coordinate with design, production, and vendor teams for timely delivery
Manage quotations, budgets, and cost negotiations with vendors
Ensure quality control and brand compliance of all merchandise
Oversee timelines to ensure delivery before event deadlines
Conduct research on new and innovative merchandising trends, products, and materials
Identify, evaluate, and source new vendors and suppliers for merchandising requirements
Develop a strong vendor network to ensure cost efficiency and product innovation
Handle on-ground coordination during events, if required
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Prepare reports, presentations, and post-event analysis
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Good understanding of event merchandising (corporate gifting, promotional items, branded materials, etc.)
Strong research and sourcing capabilities
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent coordination and multitasking ability
Budget management skills
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
