Role
In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for creating AI-generated video content for brands across multiple industries and social media platforms.
You'll use cutting-edge AI tools to turn ideas into engaging videos quickly, while maintaining a high creative standard.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Creating multiple AI-generated videos every day for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Converting ideas, scripts, or briefs into compelling videos using AI-powered video generation tools.
Writing effective prompts that produce visually consistent and engaging outputs.
Combining AI-generated visuals with editing, transitions, captions, sound design, and music to create polished final videos.
Experimenting with new AI tools and workflows to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
Creating content optimized for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Linked In, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Working closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring creative concepts to life.
Maintaining brand consistency across different clients and campaigns.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality content within deadlines.
Beyond the Technical Expertise

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal teammate
An AI Content Creator
You have 1–3 years of experience creating digital content using AI tools, video editing software, or a combination of both. A strong portfolio matters more than years of experience.

AI Tool Expertise
You're comfortable using AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Luma AI, Veo, Sora (where available), Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, or similar tools. We don't expect you to know every platform but you should be comfortable learning new ones quickly.

Prompt Writing Skills
You understand how to write effective prompts that generate consistent, creative, and production-ready results.

Editing Skills
You have working knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools to refine AI-generated outputs into polished videos.

A Creative Problem Solver
You know that AI isn't perfect. You're resourceful enough to work around limitations and creatively combine different tools to achieve the desired result.

Speed Without Compromising Quality
You're comfortable generating multiple high-quality videos every day while maintaining attention to detail and creative consistency.
