Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our on-site team in Mumbai, India. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients warmly, maintaining patient records, answering phones, addressing inquiries, and performing general receptionist duties. Exceptional organizational skills, an understanding of dental care procedures, and the ability to provide a positive patient experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in appointment scheduling and maintaining patient records
Basic understanding of dental care services and procedures
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for providing exemplary customer service
Experience in handling receptionist duties, including front desk management and administrative tasks
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Friendly demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
