Role Description  The Dental Technician role at Dent Heal is a full-time, on-site position based in Khira Nagar, Santacruz West Mumbai. The Dental Technician will fabricate, modify, and repair dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and other appliances according to dentist specifications. Daily responsibilities include working with dental impressions, models, and digital scans; selecting and handling materials; and using laboratory equipment to ensure high-quality, precise results.

The role also involves collaborating closely with dentists and clinical staff, maintaining accurate records, following infection control and safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvements in laboratory processes. The Dental Technician is expected to support company's commitment to personalized, patient-focused care through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care to understand clinical requirements and patient-focused outcomes.
Proficiency in Dental Technology and Laboratory Skills, including working with impressions, models, materials, and dental lab equipment.
Knowledge of Prosthodontics to support the design and fabrication of veneers, crowns, bridges, and other restorative appliances.
Relevant diploma or degree in Dental Technology or an equivalent field; registration with applicable professional bodies is an advantage.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with dentists and clinical staff.
Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and quality assurance in a laboratory setting.
Prior experience in a dental laboratory or clinic-based lab setting is preferred.
