Senior Clinical Documentation Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented and clinically proficient Pro-Scribes  to support documentation for some of the leading hospitals in the United States across multiple medical specialties. This role involves creating accurate, high-quality outpatient clinical documentation by reviewing physician patient interactions and enhancing AI-generated clinical notes in line with EHR standards and physician preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create clinically sound, high-quality outpatient visit documentation for US healthcare providers.
Review and compare AI-generated clinical notes with physician patient interaction transcripts to determine clinical impressions and plans of action.

Listen to and comprehend physician-patient interactions (as required) and enhance AI-generated notes using clinical judgment.

Document finalized notes accurately within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system within defined turnaround times (TAT).
