Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate faculty focused in management with core in research, statistics, consumer behavior, business intelligence and HRM having minimum of 5-8 years of academic & industry experience - Business sectors preferred . The role involves delivering high-quality education, conducting sales workshops, and creating impactful content.
Qualifications
MBA in a relevant field (Ph.D. pursuing/completed preferred).
Industry experience in Business.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academics:
Deliver courses in Consumer Behavior, Management, Research & Statistics, and Business Intelligence.
Develop and enhance curriculum and study materials.
Sales Workshops:
Conduct training workshops focusing on sales strategies for the sectors.
Content Creation & Industry Engagement:
Create interactive learning materials and case studies.
Foster strong industry connections and collaborate on research projects.
Key Competencies
Academic expertise and innovative teaching methods.
Strong industry network.
Research skills with a focus on statistics and business intelligence.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
