Summary of Job: The Relationship Manager (Education) brings profound expertise, meticulous planning, an empathetic demeanor, and a process-oriented approach to efficiently and effectively serve students, engage parents, and manage stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact.
This role integrates consultative sales, product development, and operations. Engaging with students requires a deep understanding of their needs, including enhancing, learning and acquiring new skills. Under the Valedra initiative, the focus is on providing Value-Added Educational opportunities to students so that they can achieve their true potential.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to facilitate seamless information flow between the school and parents
Coordinate with various departments to organize schoolevents, meetings, and activities
Conduct regular meetings or events to keep parents informed about school activities, policies, and their child's progress
Work closely with teachers and support staff to identify and address the individual needs of students,offering programs such as enhancement workshops, specialized sports coaching, summer school programs, entrance exam coachingsupport, and admissioncounselling
Provide mentorship and support for students facing challenges or difficulties
Collaborate with the centralteam to design and develop new programsor courses
Ensure standardized service delivery and effective feedbacksystems
Take responsibility for data collection, reporting, analysis, and preparing recommendations
Coordinate with both central and school authorities in the execution of your responsibilities.
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite)
In-depth understanding of the education sector, including knowledge of curriculum trends, accreditation processes, and competitor landscapes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a compelling manner
Proven track record of leading teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting
Understanding of admission processes
Agility to adapt to evolving market conditions and student needs
Passion for education and a commitment to promoting innovative educational solutions
Education Qualifications
Required:
Graduate/Post Graduate [preferably Business Administration/Management] from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience in the similar role.
Salary :
