Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for young learners.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and social development.
Foster a love for learning through engaging teaching methods, storytelling, and interactive activities.
Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their unique needs.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and collaborative teaching environment.
Always ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
Montessori or other relevant certification is preferred.
Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Familiarity with current teaching methods and techniques for early childhood education.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
Option 1: 8:30 AM to 3.00 PM [one Saturday off]
Option 2: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
