Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Educational Psychologist. The Educational Psychologist will assess, support, and develop individualized strategies for clients to improve emotional, social, and educational development. Responsibilities include collaborating with educators, parents, and professionals, providing consultation and interventions, and contributing to the design and implementation of specialized learning plans. Additional tasks may include conducting research, interpreting assessments, and attending professional development sessions.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Educational Psychology and a solid understanding of Psychology principles.
- Knowledge of Mental Health and its impact on emotional and cognitive development.
- Familiarity with Education systems and strategies to enhance learning and well-being.
- Experience in Special Education and supporting diverse learning needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, educators, and clients.
- Master’s degree or higher in Educational Psychology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or licensure in educational or psychological services is preferred.
