Assistant (Admission Counsellor) in Program Marketing department will have below responsibilities:
Interact and guide prospective candidates for full-time programmes as per their eligibility and aspirations
Stay updated about full-time programme offerings: PGPM, PGDM, PGDM(BM) & GMP
Outbound calls to all the leads generated for the programme
Manage the CRM effectively by entering the correct conversation details and timely follow-ups with the prospect
Confirmation calls to the registration database of marketing events:
Open House, TPO Summit, Educators Summit, and many more
Attend walk-in enquiries at the campus
Create and update the outreach college database, and also arrange sessions in UG colleges pan India for the department
Open to travel for outreach activities pan-India as per requirement
Coverage of all campus life activities for FT social media handles
Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as per the needs of the department
Candidate with minimum 2-3 Years in Admission Counselling is required. Someone with 5-6 years of experience is ideal.
Minimum Graduation from a recognized university/ institute
Skills required:
Strong communication and presentation skills; good command over spoken and written English
