Role Description
Kothari International School, Panvel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher for a full-time, on-site role. The selected educator will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate, engaging lessons that foster curiosity and foundational skills in young learners.

Key responsibilities include curriculum planning and implementation, conducting interactive classroom activities, assessing and tracking student progress, and creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will work collaboratively with parents and colleagues to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education to deliver structured, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and classroom management practices suitable for early and primary years.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners and build positive relationships with parents and team members.

A degree in Education or a related field, along with a relevant teaching certification (ECCEd /

D.Ed /

B.Ed as applicable).

Prior experience in Pre-Primary or Primary teaching is preferred.

A genuine passion for nurturing the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of children in a supportive and stimulating environment.
