Instructional Designer
Job Description & How to Apply Below
As Asia’s first OKR consulting firm, Atlas Learning supports organizations in adopting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive focus, alignment, and meaningful outcomes. Our flagship experiences—such as The B❒X Breakthrough Challenge , Executive Presence journeys, leadership simulations, and facilitated offsites—blend strong learning science with hands-on, experiential design.
We work closely with senior leaders, leadership teams, and organizations across India and globally. Everything we design is meant to be used in real rooms, with real leaders, solving real business and people challenges.
Role Description Atlas Learning designs learning journeys that change how people think, lead, and collaborate—not just what they know.
As we grow, we are investing deeply in instructional design for leadership and soft-skills learning . This includes building original learning frameworks, participant experiences, facilitator tools, and physical and digital learning artifacts that bring programs to life in classrooms, offsites, and virtual environments.
This role sits at the heart of that effort.
We are looking for an Instructional Learning Designer (Leadership & Corporate Learning) who can design learning experiences end-to-end—especially for leadership development, behavioral skills, mindset change, and organizational capability building .
This is a hands-on, thinking-plus-doing role that combines instructional depth, business understanding, visual quality, and execution discipline.
What You Will Do Design leadership and soft-skills learning programs, workshops, and learning journeys
Create participant workbooks, facilitator guides, learning handouts, and reflection tools
Design high-quality presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) used in senior leadership programs
Create experiential learning assets such as cards, simulations, exercises, canvases, and physical or digital artifacts
Translate facilitation styles and live classroom learning into structured instructional material
Support video-based learning through scripting, storyboarding, and content planning (not heavy video editing)
Work with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, Canva, Mentimeter, and Google Workspace
Coordinate with printers, vendors, and partners for learning materials and stationery
Support branding and marketing assets related to learning programs when required
Collaborate closely with senior facilitators and consultants to refine content, flow, and learner experience
Continuously improve the clarity, usability, and visual quality of learning material across formats
Who This Role Is For This role is best suited for someone who has worked with corporate learning, leadership programs, or behavioral skills , rather than purely school education or LMS-driven e-learning.
We are looking for someone who has:
1 to 4 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, leadership development, L&D, or facilitation support
A background or qualification in HR, Organizational Behaviour (OB), Organizational Development (OD), Industrial / Occupational Psychology, Learning Sciences, or Management
Exposure to soft skills, leadership, behavioral change, or organizational capability programs
Comfort designing learning for adult learners, managers, and leaders
The ability to think structurally about learning while executing high-quality outputs
A balance of creativity and discipline—someone who enjoys both ideation and detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High ownership, curiosity, and openness to experimentation
Comfort working in a growing, evolving organization where roles are multifaceted
Willingness to learn, stretch, and occasionally take on adjacent responsibilities
Openness to travel for programs or offsites , when required
Required Skills & Tools Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides / Word
Experience with Canva or similar…
