Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Mumbai. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized support. Primary responsibilities include handling student applications, conducting consultations, promoting programs, and working closely with team members to enhance enrollment outcomes. The role emphasizes nurturing relationships, engaging with diverse audiences, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of Vidyarishi.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for engaging with students, families, and stakeholders
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to address inquiries, promote programs, and meet enrollment targets
An understanding of Education systems and practices to effectively guide and support students
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a diverse, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field; a postgraduate degree or previous experience in admissions or student counseling is an advantage
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
