Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Robotics Teacher based in Mumbai. The role involves designing and delivering engaging robotics and STEM lessons, developing structured educational content, and mentoring students aged 6 to 16. The teacher will conduct hands-on training sessions, provide individualized support to enhance student understanding, and evaluate their progress. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the curriculum development team to refine teaching materials and fostering a creative and interactive learning environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Lesson Planning and creating structured educational material
Experience and expertise in Education, Teaching, and Training methodologies
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively
Passion for STEM education and fostering innovation among young learners
Familiarity with programming, robotics kits, or coding platforms is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field is preferred
Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and age groups
