Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, able to work independently, and have strong expertise in Google Ads and overall performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube)
• Generate high-quality real estate leads with focus on cost efficiency
• Handle paid and unpaid marketing activities independently
• Manage Facebook & Instagram ads for lead generation
• Create and optimize landing pages in coordination with design/content team
• Keyword research, ad copy writing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, CPL, and ROI
• Lead nurturing strategy coordination with sales team
• Manage remarketing and audience targeting campaigns
• Basic SEO and organic lead generation support (if required)
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing and real estate trends
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in real estate
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Skills:
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Knowledge of CRM integration and lead tracking
• Understanding of real estate customer journey
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Creative mindset with performance-driven approach
