Gresham Global is recruiting a Student Relationship Adviser, based in Mumbai, to support Norwich University of the Arts. Norwich University of the Arts is a triple Gold-rated institution, offering a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to students from around the world.

Supporting the University Representative, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering the activities outlined below.
- Student Counselling - Proactively contact and guide applicants and prospective students throughout their educational journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment. Provide accurate advice and detailed information on programme offerings, entry requirements and progression pathways.
- Follow-up and Relationship Management - Maintain regular, structured and proactive communication with prospective students to ensure timely follow-up, sustained engagement and successful conversion. This includes conducting cold calls where required.
- Database Management - Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date records of student interactions, event leads, application progress and follow-up activities.
- Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regional Representative to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of recruitment activities across the region.
- Event Representation - Represent Norwich University of the Arts at recruitment fairs, school visits, seminars and related events as required. Promote the university’s offerings, engage prospective students and enhance regional visibility.
- Outreach Support - Support the University Representative in planning and executing outreach activities, including school engagement, agent interactions and strategic follow-ups, ensuring effective market coverage and pipeline development.
Candidate Profile – Competencies, Experience, and
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (a UK qualification would be preferred).
- A background in Art, Design, Creative Industries or related disciplines would be highly advantageous.
- Prior experience of studying, working or living in the UK would be beneficial.
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience in student recruitment, preferably with a British university or in partnership with UK institutions (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience working with agents, institutional partners and local schools/colleges.
- Strong understanding of the arts, creative education landscape and portfolio-based admissions processes would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to think critically and provide practical, solution-oriented support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across the country to attend recruitment fairs, events and seminars, and to support wider recruitment initiatives.
Location:
Chembur, Mumbai, India. This is full-time office-based work (not a hybrid position)
