Position: Senior  Leader - Outreach and Partnership
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is Pan-India and wants someone who is  hardcore sales  driven personnel from the industry - could be from a University,or an  Education organization  who can drive partnerships independently.
The Senior Leader–Outreach & Partnerships will build strategic relationships with universities, higher education institutions, organization, global education partners, and high schools.
This role will promote program awareness, participation, and engagement, ensuring long-term, mission-aligned partnerships. You will work closely with  senior leadership  to expand the Movement’s reach and forge high-impact  collaborations  that strengthen the  global counseling ecosystem .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow organization's footprint across Universities, higher-education institutions and organizations, and global education partners and high schools globally.
Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners, including higher-education institutions and organizations, associations, government bodies.
Identify new partnership opportunities that advance the Movement’s mission and revenue goals.
PROGRAM OUTREACH & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Drive institution participation in organization's key initiatives
Strengthen engagement with counselors, school leaders, and university representatives through structured communication and touch points.
Represent  at events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure consistent experience and high-quality servicing of all partners.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING
Work with leadership to define annual outreach goals, KPIs, and growth priorities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights on outreach progress, pipeline management, and partner performance.
Contribute to long-term planning for expanding community presence regionally and globally.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Collaborate with program, events, marketing, communications, and operations teams for aligned execution of outreach efforts.
Support content creation for outreach materials, proposals, and communication campaigns.
Coordinate with the events team to secure institutional hosts/partners .
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
10–12+ years of experience in partnerships, outreach, institutional relations, stakeholder management, or related fields.
Experience in the  education sector (universities, or ed-tech)  strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage  senior-level relationships .
S trong communication , presentation, and  interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a  global,   multicultural environment.
Proven track record of developing and closing institutional partnerships.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven.
Willingness to travel for events and partner engagements.
