Instructional Designer
Location:
BKC, Mumbai (Work from Office – Monday to Friday)
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Experience:
6 – 8+ Years
Salary: ₹80,000 per month + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design High-Level Design Documents (HLDs) , storyboards, and visual concepts
✅ Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats
✅ Develop engaging e-learning solutions with interactive elements
✅ Collaborate with SMEs and international clients
✅ Design impactful Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT)
✅ Ensure alignment with global e-learning standards & best practices
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Graduate degree in relevant field
✔ 6 – 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design
✔ Expertise in developing ILT & WBT storyboards
✔ Strong understanding of e-learning development principles
✔ Proficiency in PPT and Canva
✔ Experience creating visual storyboards in PPT / Word / Excel
✔ Good understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy
