The incumbent will be responsible for driving the Academic Partnership vertical by visiting VIBGYOR Group of Schools and Non-VIBGYOR Group of Schools across India. The role involves promoting and expanding our education-based collaboration programs and ensuring sustained engagement with partner institutions.
1. Partnership Development & Outreach
- Visit VIBGYOR Group of Schools and non-VIBGYOR Group of Schools to explore and develop academic partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential partner schools across assigned territories.
- Initiate and lead discussions with school management and key decision-makers to promote collaboration.
- Convert prospective leads into successful partnerships through consultative engagement and structured proposals.
2. Program Promotion & Sales
- Promote and sell a range of educational programs, academic tours, conferences, training modules, and related offerings.
- Understand partner needs and recommend suitable programs aligned with their academic goals.
- Achieve defined partnership acquisition and revenue generation targets.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal academic, product, and operations teams to design and deliver customized partnership programs.
- Ensure seamless coordination from proposal to program execution, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
4. Representation & Engagement
- Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, conferences, and school engagements, showcasing the institution’s academic offerings.
- Strengthen the brand presence and visibility through effective networking and relationship management.
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with school principals, management teams, and educational leaders.
- Act as the key account manager for partnered institutions, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain detailed records of school visits, leads, proposals, conversions, and closures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting partnership progress, challenges, and target achievements.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to support business strategy and program improvement.
Required - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development experience in selling Educational / Academic programs.
