Role:
Senior Admission Counselor

As a Senior Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in driving enrollments by counseling prospective learners and helping them choose the right upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students via calls, video sessions, and in-person meetings
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Drive admissions and achieve revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end admission process (follow-ups, documentation, fee closure)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for seamless learner onboarding

✅ Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or EdTech sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
