Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor at YOUR HRM EXPERT, located in Mumbai. The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through their educational and career planning. Their day-to-day tasks will involve providing detailed consultations to students and parents, assessing academic and career aspirations, aiding with course selection, and conducting counseling sessions to ensure students achieve their goals effectively.
The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions and managing student information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Demonstrated ability in Career Counseling and advising students on academic pathways
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Educational background in fields related to Education or Counseling (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred)
Empathy, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive student information
Knowledge of educational systems and career development tools is a plus
