Role Overview :
The Admissions Manager will play a key role in promoting our webinars/seminars/workshops and educational programs to prospective students. The individual will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining about webinars, course benefits, and driving enrolment conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sports and education, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound inquiries and reach out to potential students via outbound calls.
Webinar/Seminar Registration: Provide detailed information about the promotional activities, addressing all questions and concerns to assist prospective students in registering for the webinars/seminars
Course Counselling: Provide detailed information about the Krit School of Sports Management programs, addressing all questions and concerns to assist prospective students in making informed decisions.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with students and maintain a database of contacts for future engagements and follow-ups.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing registrations/enrolments.
Record Management: Accurately log all calls and update CRM software with call details, student information, and feedback.
Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from potential students to assist in improving course offerings and marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of admission counselling experience or sales or customer service experience preferably in the education sector or other service industries.
Communication
Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills with a focus on customer service.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close sales deals and achieve targets, with a customer-centric approach.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
Motivation: Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability for performance and results.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and any additional regional languages will be a plus.
