Job Description & How to Apply Below
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Admissions Support Executive. As an Admissions Support Executive at ASMI Career, you will work directly under the guidance of our Senior Counsellors to ensure every student receives a seamless, well-coordinated admissions experience. This is an operational and client-facing role — you are the first point of contact for enquiries, the backbone of documentation and follow-ups, and the bridge between incoming students and the senior counselling team.
Over time, this role offers a natural growth path toward independent counselling responsibilities.
Reporting To: Senior Counsellor
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle incoming enquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins — explaining ASMI Career's services clearly and converting warm leads into enrolments.
Execute structured follow-up schedules to ensure no prospective student falls through the gaps.
Maintain lead tracking records and share regular conversion updates with the Senior Counsellor.
Counselling Support
Assist Senior Counsellors during one-on-one counselling sessions by preparing student profiles, NEET score summaries, and college shortlists in advance.
Conduct initial-level orientation sessions with students and parents under the Senior Counsellor's supervision.
Relay counsellor guidance accurately to students and parents during follow-up interactions.
Coordination & Documentation
Track student progress through each stage — document submission, option form filling, round allotments, and reporting dates.
Schedule and manage counselling appointments, document verification calls, and round-specific follow-ups.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential student records throughout the admission cycle.
Parent & Student Support
Handle day-to-day parent queries regarding timelines, college options, fees, and documentation with clarity and professionalism.
Provide onboarding support to newly enrolled students and ensure smooth integration into ASMI's counselling process.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Basic awareness of NEET admissions and medical college types — in-depth training will be provided.
Prior experience in education, admissions, edtech, or a client-facing role (1+ year preferred).
Organized, follow-up oriented, and comfortable managing multiple students simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree required; medical background (BDS/BPTh) is an added advantage.
Growth Path: High-performing Admissions Support Executives at ASMI Career are considered for progression into the Counsellor role , where they take independent ownership of student counselling and admissions outcomes.
