Experience Required
8–12 years of experience in Primary Education, with at least 3–5 years in academic leadership, coordination, or supervisory roles.

Role Overview
The Vice Principal – Primary will oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary Section, ensuring excellence in teaching-learning practices, curriculum implementation, student development, teacher mentoring, discipline, and parent engagement.
The role requires a dynamic academic leader who can foster a nurturing, disciplined, and student-centric learning environment while supporting the overall vision and values of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership
Supervise curriculum planning, implementation, and academic delivery across Primary grades.
Ensure effective teaching methodologies, classroom engagement, and assessment practices.
Monitor student academic performance and implement intervention strategies where required.
Promote innovative and experiential learning approaches aligned with modern educational practices.

Teacher Development & Mentoring
Guide, mentor, and support teachers for effective instructional delivery and classroom management.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Facilitate teacher training, professional development, and academic planning sessions.

Student Development & Wellbeing
Ensure student discipline, wellbeing, and holistic development.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and values-driven school culture.
Encourage participation in co-curricular and enrichment activities.

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong communication with parents and address academic or behavioural concerns effectively.
Build positive relationships with parents and stakeholders to strengthen school-community engagement.

Administration & Operations
Assist in timetable planning, examinations, event coordination, and day-to-day school operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between academic and administrative teams.
Support implementation of school policies, procedures, and institutional standards.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject is mandatory.
B.Ed. is compulsory; M.Ed. will be an added advantage.
Experience in ICSE, CBSE, or IGCSE curriculum schools preferred.
