Training Manager (Manager / Senior Manager - Sales Training)
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location:
Mumbai (Kandivli)
Experience :
8 to 10 years total experience (incl Field & Training)
Minimum 3years experience into Training (Mandatory)
Thorough knowledge of relevant therapy segment
Process orientation and adherence
Time management skills
Interpersonal relation
Role:
Training of Sales force to equip them with therapy knowledge, skill and Inclinic effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1)
Plan and design training calendar for the entire year.
2) Pre training study material and pre training evaluation.
3)
Update & arrange training material/product manual /induction.
4)
Conduct training for the divisions assigned.
5) Evaluation of training participants on knowledge and skill post training.
6) Detailed feedback of each participant after final evaluation.
7)
Design and develop e-learning modules & conduct evaluations/tests.
8)
Plan and conduct refresher/reorientation programs for experienced field employees.
9) Field work to identify training needs & and post training support as per requirement.
