Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counsellor based in Kottayam and Calicut. The Student Counsellor will guide and support students in selecting suitable educational and career paths, assist in answering queries about study abroad and visa processes, and provide reliable advice on available programs and opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing students' needs and profiles, delivering effective counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with educational institutions, and ensuring outstanding customer service to prospective students and their families.

Qualifications
Possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide and advise students effectively.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and maintain professional relationships with students and families.
Comprehensive knowledge of education programs, processes for study abroad, and related domains.
Ability to maintain organized records and coordinate efficiently with institutions and students.
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role or understanding of immigration and education consultancy services will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
