Academic Assistant

Academic Assistant to the Head of School will  support the Head of School

in implementing, monitoring, and strengthening pedagogical practices and academic programmes across the IB continuum
He/she can monitor the website, university placement, 360 degree appraisals , supporting in IB evaluation, Handling parents and stakeholder communications.
Track key initiatives, action plans, and strategic priorities assigned by the Head of School.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
Assist in organising school-wide academic and leadership events, meetings, and workshops.
Support implementation of school improvement plans and special projects.
Facilitate communication between the Head of School and teachers, leadership teams, parents, Board members, and IB representatives.
Draft and format official school communications, circulars, and reports.
Support preparation for parent meetings, staff briefings, and leadership presentations.
Coordinate visits, inspections, IB visits, and official events involving the Head of School.
Support the Head of School in coordinating  IB academic programmes (PYP, MYP, DP) .
Assist in tracking academic timelines, IB deadlines, evaluations, and reporting schedules.
Coordinate documentation related to  IB authorization, evaluation, and self-study .
Support communication between the Head of School, Programme Coordinators, and academic leaders.
Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Candidates from IB School are preferred
