Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor-Mira Road. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for tasks such as conducting admissions interviews, providing information about programs and courses, assisting with the admissions process, conducting campus tours, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students. The Admissions Counselor will also be involved in sales activities and education counseling.

Requirements :
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in sales or education counseling
Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and parents
Good organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of the education industry and admissions process
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Target oriented job
CRM Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of experience required in college admissions counseling

Experience with universities like Symbiosis , Ashoka , Flame , Shiv Nadar and other premium institutes preferred
