This role focuses on designing and developing engaging, learner-centric digital training experiences that support organizational learning and capability building. You will work closely with subject matter experts, senior instructional designers, and creative teams to transform complex source content into structured, interactive eLearning solutions. The position requires strong instructional design fundamentals combined with hands-on experience in eLearning authoring tools. Accountabilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and refine instructional content while ensuring alignment with learning objectives and best practices in digital learning design.
Develop instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning plans for digital training programs
Transform complex source material into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content formats
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials
Work with graphic designers and developers to build interactive and visually effective learning courses
Conduct basic learning needs analysis and research to support content design decisions
Review and revise courses based on stakeholder feedback to ensure instructional effectiveness
Ensure adherence to instructional design standards, methodologies, and learning objectives
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
This role requires strong instructional design expertise, creativity in content development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
2-3 years of experience in instructional design or digital learning development
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
Hands-on experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate
Strong storyboarding, content structuring, and instructional writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy and quality
Strong collaboration skills with SMEs, designers, and development teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: experience creating interactive or multimedia-based learning content
