Role Description  The Visiting Faculty role is an on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Visiting Faculty member will design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and related disciplines. Responsibilities include developing course materials, case studies, and assessments aligned with the institute’s learning objectives, as well as mentoring students on business ideas, projects, and startup initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, incorporate industry trends, and integrate real-world examples into the learning experience. The Visiting Faculty member is also expected to participate in guest talks, panel discussions, and events that strengthen industry–academia engagement and support the institute’s mission.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in entrepreneurship, business management, or a closely related field, demonstrated through teaching, mentoring, or industry experience.
Strong curriculum design and instructional skills, including the ability to create practical, project-based learning experiences.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for engaging diverse learners and encouraging critical thinking.
Experience mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs or early-stage ventures, including guidance on business models, go-to-market strategies, and basic financial planning.
Master’s degree or higher in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related discipline; relevant entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders and contribute to seminars, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in students.
