Company Description  WeKids Media Network is a specialized communication school and studio based in Mumbai, focused on empowering children through media and communication. The organization designs and runs unique media and communication programs within schools, where students not only learn media skills but also actively participate and manage real-world communication activities.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Primary School Teacher role based in Mumbai. The Primary School Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that integrate core academic subjects with communication skill training. Responsibilities include creating age-appropriate lesson plans, facilitating classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to learners and guardians. The teacher will guide students in projects such as storytelling, public speaking, and presentations, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and confidence.

The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, collaborating with school and WeKids staff, participating in training sessions, and contributing to school events and media-related initiatives.
Qualifications
Interest in  Education  and  Teaching
Excellent  Communication  skills for clear instruction, positive classroom interaction, and effective coordination with colleagues and families.
Ability to manage diverse classrooms, support different learning styles, and create a safe, respectful environment for all students.
Comfort using basic educational technology and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
