Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Principal for the College of Occupational Therapy who will be responsible for the overall academic leadership, administration, institutional development, clinical education, and regulatory compliance of the college.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the College of Occupational Therapy.
Ensure compliance with university regulations, statutory bodies, and accreditation standards.
Plan and implement academic curriculum, teaching schedules, and student development activities.
Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor the quality of teaching, clinical training, and research activities.
Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare departments for clinical postings and practical exposure.
Promote research initiatives, workshops, seminars, conferences, and academic collaborations.
Maintain institutional records, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure discipline, ethical practices, and student welfare within the institution.
Prepare annual budgets, academic reports, and strategic plans for institutional growth.
Represent the institution in academic and professional forums.

Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) in relevant specialty.
Ph.D. preferred as per university/regulatory norms.
Minimum 10–15 years of teaching and clinical experience in Occupational Therapy education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior academic/administrative role.
Strong knowledge of academic administration and rehabilitation education standards.
