Role Description
The Academic Quality Head will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic standards across all programs. This part-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves close coordination with faculty, academic staff, and leadership to align curricula with the institute’s entrepreneurial mission and university accreditation requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing course content, evaluating teaching methodologies, monitoring assessment practices, and ensuring consistency and rigor in academic delivery.

The Academic Quality Head will conduct regular academic audits, analyze feedback from learners and faculty, and recommend evidence-based enhancements. The role also involves mentoring academic teams, organizing faculty development initiatives, and collaborating on new program development to maintain high educational quality and relevance to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Qualifications
Strong background in Educational Management and Education, with experience overseeing academic quality, policies, and compliance.
Proven expertise in Curriculum Development, including designing, reviewing, and updating outcome-based, industry-relevant curricula.
Demonstrated Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, leadership, students, and external stakeholders.
Experience in Team Management, including guiding academic staff, facilitating faculty development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Master’s degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field; experience in entrepreneurship, business education, or higher education accreditation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with academic quality assurance frameworks, learning outcome assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work part time on-site in Mumbai with a structured, organized, and student-centered approach.
