Position: Cambridge Home Room Teacher (Grade 2)
Immediate Joining required Responsibilities

- Provide a positive and engaging learning environment in which students are encouraged to actively participate in the learning process.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Mathematics and Science in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum and school standards.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs of students.
- Ensure continuous student growth and achievement appropriate to the age group, subject area, and program requirements.
- Participate in the development, administration, and assessment of examinations and other forms of evaluation.
- Assist in the preparation of schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning materials, and maintain accurate records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
- Perform pastoral duties, including providing academic guidance, counselling, and encouragement to students.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with students, parents, colleagues, and line managers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, including adhering to deadlines, maintaining records, and honouring schedules.
- Participate actively in school events, professional development programmes, meetings, and other co-curricular activities as required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with

B.Ed., ECCEd, or any relevant teaching qualification.
- Subject Specialization:
Mathematics & Science.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools will be an added advantage.
- Passion for fostering curiosity, problem-solving, and lifelong learning among students.
