Instructional Designer / Learning Content Designer

Location:

Mumbai (Work from Office – Monday to Friday)

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Experience:

3 – 6 Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop engaging learning content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) programs

✅ Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional design documents

✅ Design learner-centric training solutions aligned to business requirements

✅ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content

✅ Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets

✅ Ensure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

✅ Create visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ 3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation

✔️ Experience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards

✔️ Strong content structuring and writing skills

✔️ Good understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom’s Taxonomy

✔️ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva

✔️ Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders

✔️ Exposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage

✔️ Telecom, Technology, EdTech, BPO, SaaS, or Corporate Learning background preferred
