Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective IGCSE English Language and Literature lessons.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback to improve students' language proficiency and examination performance.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into lessons.
Maintain student records, reports, and parent communication.
Participate in curriculum planning, school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Support students in developing communication, research, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or related field with
B.Ed. (preferred).
Experience teaching IGCSE/International Curriculum.
Strong command of English language and literature.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and assessment skills.
Familiarity with Cambridge assessment standards and examination requirements.
Reporting To: Head of Department (English) / Academic Coordinator / Principal.
