Position Overview Chate Coaching Classes is seeking a highly competent and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Faculty for MHT CET. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for academic content development, assessment validation, question bank verification, and academic quality assurance. The role also involves contributing to educational video content and supporting teaching initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities Academic Content & Quality Assurance Develop, review, and validate academic content in alignment with the MHT CET syllabus and examination framework.
Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and academic rigor of question banks, answer keys, solutions, and explanatory content.
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of assessments, study materials, revision resources, and academic publications.
Maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, consistency, and content excellence.
Assessment Development & Verification Review and validate topic-wise, chapter-wise, unit-wise, and full-length assessments.
Evaluate questions for conceptual accuracy, syllabus alignment, difficulty level, and examination relevance.
Support the development and continuous enhancement of assessment frameworks and academic resources.
Academic Video Content Serve as a subject expert for educational video content, concept explanations, revision sessions, and examination guidance.
Collaborate with academic and media teams to develop high-quality, student-centric digital learning content.
Represent the institution professionally across academic outreach and digital learning initiatives.
Faculty Responsibilities Conduct lectures, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes as assigned.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students to support improved learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant discipline.
7-10 years of experience in teaching, academic content development, assessment design, or curriculum development.
Strong command over Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
Thorough understanding of the MHT CET examination pattern, syllabus, and assessment standards.
Demonstrated experience in question paper development, content review, and academic quality assurance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Comfortable and confident in delivering academic content on camera.
Preferred Profile
Experience with reputed coaching institutes, educational publishers, or EdTech organizations.
Prior exposure to academic video production, online teaching, or digital content creation.
Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
