Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Center Head. The Center Head will oversee all operational aspects of the academy, ensuring the smooth execution of academic programs and student management. Responsibilities include managing faculty, staff, and resources, ensuring high-quality delivery of educational services, and achieving enrollment targets. The role entails budgeting, scheduling, resolving student and parent inquiries, and coordinating with the leadership team to maintain the institute's standards and goals.
Qualifications
Team management and leadership skills to oversee faculty and administrative staff.
Operational management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address student, parent, and stakeholder queries effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement strategic solutions to promote institutional growth.
Experience in the education sector or familiarity with academic operations is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field.
Proven track record in achieving targets and improving operational performance.
