Broadly responsible for;
Academic Administration and assist School Principal in relevant duties
In-charge of School Discipline, School Development and ensure Quality of Academics
Curriculum Management and handling of Academic resources, supplies and it's execution
Manage Team of Coordinators and Handle School staff, duties and supervision
Students Engagement, Exams, Time-Table management, Contest and Academic Calendar
Staff Training and Development and Engagement
Execute the School Policies and impacting rules and regulations and it's Control
Parent Relations and Problem Solving and Conflict Management
Guide, Team player, facilitator and Strong Deputy to Leadership
Teaching select few subject on regular basis and as per academic settings
Handle CBSE, State and Local Liaison and Compliances
All relevant academic and non-academic duties assigned from time to time
Desired Profile
- Candidate must possess min 10+ yrs of experience in Teaching and academic administrative levels with proven track record in CBSE Affiliated schools
Post-Graduate with
B.Ed and possess excellent communication and IT Skills
Thorough knowledge of CBSE compliances and other state and local regulations
Possess good Liaison and public relations skills
