Key Responsibilities

Build and execute end-to-end marketing strategy (brand, growth, and performance).
Drive digital marketing across social media, content, SEO, and funnels.
Create and manage brand positioning, storytelling, and campaigns.
Support lead generation for B2C and B2B (subscriptions, programs, partnerships).
Work closely with product, nutrition, kitchen, and tech teams for launches.
Track metrics, experiments, and growth insights to refine strategies.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with content, campaigns, funnels, and analytics.
Startup mindset: ownership-driven, execution-focused, and adaptable.
Interest or experience in food, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.

Equity Structure (Important)

3–4 discussion rounds to define ownership scope and impact areas.
1-month NDA-based cohort to assess execution, alignment, and collaboration.
Post cohort  Equity Agreement.
Equity formally allotted after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration.
5-year vesting with performance-linked milestones.
Cash compensation begins only after funding.
