Role Descripti o
n We have multiple openings for special educators and teachers ( from neurotypical schools

) .
This is a full-time, on-site Special Educator roles based in Mumbai
. The candidates  will design and implement individualized education plans for learners with diverse needs, using multisensory teaching strategies aligned with the curriculum

.
Daily responsibilities include classroom instruction, adapting materials for accessibility, tracking progress, and maintaining clear documentation of learning outcomes

.
The role involves close collaboration with caregivers, shadow teachers, therapists, and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment and support family intervention initiatives

The Special Educator will also participate in training sessions, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in special educatio

Qualificatio
n
s Candidates should possess strong Special Education and Teaching skills, with experience working in inclusive or specialized classroom setting
s.Candidates should possess knowledge of Disabilities and strategies for supporting learners with diverse developmental, cognitive, and behavioral need
s.Candidates should possess experience working with Middle School learners or similar age groups, including curriculum adaptation for this developmental stag
e.Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills for interacting with learners, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Fluent English js a mus
t.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related fiel
d.Ability to create individualized education plans, conduct assessments, and document progress in a structured manne
