Position: Senior Admission Counsellor
Location:
Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)
What You'll Do
Connect with prospective students through outbound calls.
Understand their career aspirations and education goals.
Qualify leads and recommend suitable study abroad programs.
Create urgency and interest to successfully schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless follow-ups.
Drive enrollments through a consultative and student-first approach.
✅ Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Inside Sales (Study Abroad experience is preferred).
Minimum 1 year of stability in the current/previous organization.
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience working in a 6-day work week .
Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC) .
Strong sales track record with excellent English communication skills.
