Manager – Admissions & Outreach

About Yangpoo Executive Education

Yangpoo Executive Education partners with leading institutions such as Welingkar Institute of Management to support enrollment growth, learner outreach, and market expansion.

This role will drive admissions and outreach for Welingkar's flagship programs:

- Hybrid PGDM
- PGP in Family Managed Business
- PGP in Media & Entertainment

Key Responsibilities

- Drive admissions and enrollment targets across assigned programs.
- Manage the complete admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build and maintain relationships with graduate colleges, universities, coaching institutes, education consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct outreach activities including seminars, webinars, education fairs, and networking events.
- Work closely with marketing and counseling teams to improve lead conversion and enrollment outcomes.
- Track admissions pipeline, conversion ratios, and outreach effectiveness through CRM and reporting systems.
- Develop sustainable admission pipelines through partnerships and ecosystem relationships.

Ideal Candidate

- MBA or Postgraduate Degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in Admissions, Student Recruitment, Outreach, Business Development, or Educational Partnerships.

- Prior experience in Higher Education, Executive Education, EdTech, Online Learning, or Management Education preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving admissions and enrollment targets.

- Strong network across channel partners, coaching institutes, graduate colleges, and the higher education ecosystem is highly desirable.
